House-uk offer a selection of high performance logs both solid and gluelam with low maintenance and running costs.
The foundation cost is minimal, just 2’ wide strips of concrete spaced at approx. 10’ intervals running across the site, the process from ordering to use is economical, quick and simple.
The economic life span of genuine Finnish log cabins will out preform caravans 10 fold, enhancing your site and your bank balance.

£18,500 for a transportable 6m x 5m one bedroom log cabin lodge, complete with shower/toilet, fitted kitchen, double glazed windows and doors, electrics etc...

£22,500 for a transportable 3.66m x 10m two bedroom log cabin lodge fully equipped as above.

£27,500 for a transportable 3.66m x 12.2m three bedroom lodge fully fitted and equipped as above.

£46,000 for a transportable 6.1m x 12.2m three bedroom log cabin lodge as above.

Prices shown in the examples above are for general holiday accommodation use, we will be pleased to quote you for your specific needs and specifications.

Only high class pines and spruces are accepted as raw materials for our gluelam logs. Not only that, the wood must come from the coldest areas of Finland, where the climate and soil are optimal for the growing trees. Thanks to this excellent climate, the trees enjoy balanced growth during the winter and summer; wood grown in central area of Finland has an exceptionally durable structure, making it ideally suited for building loghouses.
