FUSION OF MODERN AND CLASSIC
Timber houses are usually found in vacation and recreation use. This sets certain requirements to functionality and style.
Rustic style is the starting point for the Janita timber house appearance but functionality is the guiding star for floor plan design.

IMAGINATIVE SHAPE
As a timber house the Janita has an innovative log frame shape. Log frame follows the room division and the modern floor plan
of this log house and the end result is a lively log house that is far from traditional square shape.

BRIGHT VERANDA
To keep the costs in control, the veranda area has not been extended with this timber house. However it has been decided to
include transparent roof over it to allow more lighter therefore more open feeling.

WIDE LOFT
Janita comes with an exceptionally wide floor plan and the loft is similarly wide. The Janita has fantastically open combined
family room and kitchen. It actually feels bigger than it is because of this openness.

Luxury Log Houses designs

Our design portfolio provides alternatives in various sizes.

The floor area marked by each floor plan tells you the size of the plan, these can be altered to suit your own requirements.

All models can be designed as either a modern town house, to fit in with other surrounding buildings or as a traditional luxury log house

Laminated glulam logs are used throughout our range and are offered in a range of thickness and heights, these are well suited for building a comfortable log home and a place in which to live or spend a holiday.

Short-cornered town houses can provide a traditional log-house feeling, with log panelling on the interior walls or you can have wallpapered walls and tiles, or a mix and match, the choice is yours, you can alter the decorative style to your heart’s content, and still enjoy the solid structure and the healthy indoor air that is characteristic of a luxury log house.
