CUSTOM YOUR JULIA CABIN INTO A DESIGNER LOG HOME
Julia is one of our oldest sauna log cabin models. This is also the reason why we have some many
different versions of it. Many customers wanted to have custom changes on their cabin and
therefore we can now offer you several ready customisations for this model.

TO LOFT OR NOT TO LOFT
We give you just one major decision to wonder with this model - to have a loft or not to have.
Cabin lofts are usually meant to function as sleeping quarters, especially for the little ones.
Children will love the excitement that a loft provides to play. Sometimes kids are conquering a
mountain top, sometimes their plays are about flying high above ground.

ALTERNATIVES
As you can see, this cabin can be delivered even without the sauna. In such
a case what should we call it - log cabin or cottage perhaps, or a designer log home? This is
just to demonstrate how easily our floor plans can be modified for your needs.

VERANDA
Having your cabin is as much about the surrounding nature as it is about the cabin itself.
With this in mind we have included a large veranda area for afternoon coffee or tea.

TWO SISTERS
You can think of Julia as a small sister of the model Viola. Family resemblance is stunning as
both of the girls are real beauties. If Julia doesn't have quite enough floor area for your needs, then
you can familiarise yourself with Viola or increase the width or length. Another option is our Rosa cottage model, which retains the
Romeo and Juliet spirit in a much bigger class.

Designer Log Homes

Our design portfolio provides alternatives in various sizes.

The floor area marked by each floor plan tells you the size of the plan, these can be altered to suit your own requirements.

All models can be designed as either a modern town house, to fit in with other surrounding buildings or as traditional log homes.

Laminated glulam logs are used throughout our range and are offered in a range of thickness and heights, these are well suited for building a comfortable log home and a place in which to live or spend a holiday.

Short-cornered town houses can provide a traditional log-house feeling, with log panelling on the interior walls or you can have wallpapered walls and tiles, or a mix and match, the choice is yours, you can alter the decorative style to your heart’s content, and still enjoy the solid structure and the healthy indoor air that is characteristic of a wooden house.
