FREEDOM OF SPACE
With these Scandinavian log houses you have space – lots of it. Design concept for this cottage was a summer place that
can accommodate the extended family. The costs have been managed with simple log structures and frame
partition walls. As you can see the floor plan is very streamlined. This cottage doesn’t have a loft and that
is another aspect, which has lowered the purchasing cost of this cottage.

FASCINATING FENG SHUI
This simple design also happens to follow the basic principles of Feng Shui design system. Functional
rooms are clearly positioned to opposite sides of the house. Door faces south and is centrally placed.
The veranda support posts and windows give harmony and strength to the character of the cottage.
For those of you who are especially enthusiastic Feng Shui practitioners we can further customise this
cottage – or any other cottage for that matter – for your needs. Even more flexibility to design options
offers our line of timber frame Scandinavian log houses

Our design portfolio provides alternatives in various sizes.

The floor area marked by each floor plan tells you the size of the plan, these can be altered to suit your own requirements.

All models can be designed as either a modern town house, to fit in with other surrounding buildings or as a traditional log house?

Laminated glulam logs are used throughout our range and are offered in a range of thickness and heights, these are well suited for building a comfortable log home and a place in which to live or spend a holiday.

Short-cornered town houses can provide a traditional log-house feeling, with log panelling on the interior walls or you can have wallpapered walls and tiles, or a mix and match, the choice is yours, you can alter the decorative style to your heart’s content, and still enjoy the solid structure and the healthy indoor air that is characteristic of a log house.
