ROSA
The Rosa log homes cottage by any other name would be as sweet as Rosa.
Another cottage, the Julia, got its name inspired by the novel Romeo and Juliet. Isn't it for that reason why we must honour this cottage by naming it as a rose that it is?
IS IT A LOG HOME, IS IT A CABIN, IS IT A COTTAGE?
Delicate yet spacious could be the terms to describe this cosy little cottage. Some people have customised their Rosa into a log home by extending the sauna
and bathroom into the bedroom and some have taken the opposite road by turning bathroom areas into bedroom or living room areas.
It is up to you a log home, a cabin or a cottage?
VERANDA IN THE CENTRE
Just as with many log houses, the Rosa also has a multifunctional veranda. Both washing area and living quarters open to the veranda and there is double
access on it from both sides of the house. The veranda itself is also big enough to fit deck furniture for light summer meals or grill dinners.
LOFT
The need for loft varies between people, some need it as an extra sleeping area, but some people have arranged sleeping by other means.
Nevertheless it has been designed so that they come in two basic versions the one with a loft and the one without.
Log House designs
Our design portfolio provides alternatives in various sizes.
The floor area marked by each floor plan tells you the size of the plan, these can be altered to suit your own requirements.
All models can be designed as either a modern town house, to fit in with other surrounding buildings or as a traditional log house?
Laminated glulam logs are used throughout our range and are offered in a range of thickness and heights, these are well suited for building a comfortable log home and a place in which to live or spend a holiday.
Short-cornered town houses can provide a traditional log-house feeling, with log panelling on the interior walls or you can have wallpapered walls and tiles, or a mix and match, the choice is yours, you can alter the decorative style to your heart’s content, and still enjoy the solid structure and the healthy indoor air that is characteristic of a log house.
